For example, following the resurrection, the eleven remaining disciples determined that they should find a substitute for Judas. This would complete the circle of twelve. The apostle Peter specified that the man they selected must be someone like themselves, who had been an eyewitness of Jesus’ entire earthly ministry (Acts 1:21–22), all the way from
